cozy bum co is happy to offer our customers $3 shipping on all U.S. orders! please allow 1-4 business days for our team to fulfill your order (excluding weekends/holidays).
as of right now we do not offer international shipping, if you are located outside the U.S. please reach out to us through our contact page & we can do our best to accommodate you.
cozy bum co is excited to offer our customers the option to purchase shipping insurance when checking out. this service is provided through a company called Route. if you choose to use this service, you will handle any shipping issues through Route, *if you choose not to use this service, cozy bum co is not held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
cozy bum co is not responsible for packages once they are delivered to the shipping carrier.
shipping fees are non-refundable.
cozy bum co allows returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY and exchanges up to 14 days after the delivery date (excluding discounted or final sale items). if we receive a return and it is beyond the 14 day threshold or was discounted/final sale, we will ship it back to you. all items must be returned in the same unused condition that they were originally shipped out in (tags included). any returned items found damaged or stained will not be accepted and marked "return to sender." no need to notify us that you are sending something back; simply write a note whether you are returning/exchanging. once we receive your return & it passes inspection we will send an electronic gift card to the email used for purchase.
customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
*if an item is damaged upon arrival, please email us at email@example.com within 3 days with photos of the product. items cannot be washed or worn when claimed damaged, and after 3 days cozy bum co is not responsible for damages.
